Welcome to PocketJobs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PocketJobs website and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using PocketJobs, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Certain features require you to register an account as a Student or Employer. When registering, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Keep your login credentials confidential.
3. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

As a user of PocketJobs, you agree to use the Platform responsibly. This includes:

• Providing truthful information in your profile and applications.
• Not impersonating any other person or entity.
• Not attempting to disrupt or misuse the Platform's systems.
• Respecting the intended purpose of each feature (e.g. Daily Quiz, Mock Tests, Job Applications).

PocketJobs aggregates and summarizes publicly available Government Job notifications, admit cards, answer keys, and results for informational convenience.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, the concerned Government/Recruitment Authority's official notification is always the final and authoritative source. Candidates are strongly advised to verify all details (dates, eligibility, fees) directly on the official website before taking any action.

Private Job listings are posted by registered Employers. PocketJobs does not guarantee the accuracy of any individual job listing, and is not a party to any employment relationship formed between a Student and an Employer through the Platform.

Some "Apply" actions redirect you to an external, official application portal outside of PocketJobs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of any third-party website you may be directed to.

Study Material, Current Affairs, PYQ Papers, Quizzes, and Mock Tests are provided to support exam preparation. This content is for educational and practice purposes only and should not be treated as a guaranteed predictor of any actual examination's questions or difficulty level.

By using the Platform, you may receive in-app and (where enabled) email notifications relating to job alerts, exam reminders, application updates, and account activity. You can manage your notification preferences from your account settings at any time.

PocketJobs offers optional Premium plans that unlock additional features such as unlimited Mock Tests, PYQ access, and Smart Study Plans. Feature availability under each plan is described on the Subscription page at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.

Where applicable, payments for Premium plans are processed through a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information.
• Pay all applicable fees for the plan you select.
• Review the refund/cancellation terms (where published) before purchasing.

The PocketJobs name, logo, design, and original content (excluding third-party/government notification content, which remains the property of its respective authority) are the property of PocketJobs and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. official recruitment portals, payment processors). These links are provided for convenience only; PocketJobs does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform without permission.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or credentials.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including reliance on any job, exam, or notification information displayed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
